Does the Friday recap look at my sales numbers or bank balance?
No. It reports only on her own recent work: what she finished, what is sitting in your review queue, and what is still waiting on a decision. It does not read your bank balance, your sales dashboard, or any other outside tool.
What happens on a slow week with nothing to report?
She says so plainly. The recap reflects what actually happened, so a quiet week gets an honest, short report rather than one padded out to look busier than it was.
Is the Friday recap the same as Cashflow Friday?
No, they cover different halves of the week. The recap covers her own work: what went out and what is still waiting on you. Cashflow Friday covers the money side: what came in, what is overdue, and what leaves your account next.
Can I ask for a recap outside the regular Friday slot?
