Your market, mapped

A one-time, then-refreshed report on who actually competes with you: direct rivals, adjacent players, and how each one positions against you.

How she runs it

  1. 1 Tell her the market you compete in: the niche, the audience, and a region if it matters.
  2. 2 She researches direct competitors, adjacent players, and a few accounts worth studying for inspiration, all from public pages.
  3. 3 Each competitor comes back ranked with her confidence, the category, and the sources she used, so you can check her reasoning.
  4. 4 For the competitors worth watching closer, she opens a deeper content report on that one profile.
  5. 5 You get one map back: who is actually in your market, and how each one is positioned against you.

Most owners can name one or two competitors from memory and stop there. The interesting ones, the account quietly doing the same thing three towns over, or the newer player borrowing your best idea, rarely make that list because nobody has time to go looking.

This report goes looking. Give Amber the market you compete in, a niche, an audience, a region if it matters, and she searches public pages for direct competitors, adjacent players, and a few accounts worth studying for inspiration. Each one comes back with a category, a confidence level, and the source she used, so you can see her reasoning instead of taking a list on faith. For the competitors worth a closer look, she opens a deeper content report on that one profile.

Run it once to get an honest picture of who is actually in your market. Run it again in a few months, or whenever the market shifts enough to be worth a fresh look. It is not built to run every week the way a recurring content watch does; that job belongs to a different report. See how the whole loop fits together on how it works.

Fair questions

How does she find my competitors?

She searches public pages for direct competitors, adjacent players, and a few inspiration accounts in your space, then checks each one against your positioning and audience before including it in the map.

Does she guess at competitors, or verify them?

Every competitor in the map comes with a source, a confidence level, and a short reason she included them. Weak or unclear candidates get left out rather than padded in to make the list look longer.

Is this a one-time report, or does it run forever?

The market map is built to run once for a clear picture, then again whenever your market shifts enough to be worth another look. It does not run every week on its own; a market does not usually move that fast.

Can she see private numbers or login-only data for a competitor?

No. The map only draws from public pages, never a login, a paywall, or private audience data. If something cannot be confirmed publicly, it does not appear in the map.
